Terms of Use

Effective Date: December 17, 2025

By downloading, installing, or using Crafter Console: Trends ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement

The App is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by Apple's EULA.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern to the extent of the conflict.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal or business purposes.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your App Store Connect API credentials
• All activities that occur using your credentials within the App
• Ensuring your use complies with Apple's App Store Connect API terms of service
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access any App Store Connect data you retrieve

App Store Connect Integration

The App requires you to provide your own App Store Connect API credentials to function. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have authorization to access the App Store Connect data you retrieve
• You are solely responsible for compliance with Apple's terms and conditions
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Any claims relating to the App are between you and us, not Apple

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAFTER APPS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crafter Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crafter Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the App
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• All data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the App

We may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Apple's EULA and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crafter Apps regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crafter Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
