Crafter Console: Trends ("the App") is developed by Crafter Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

Summary

We do not collect any personal data. The App operates entirely on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to access your information.

Data We Do NOT Collect

To be explicit, we do not collect, transmit, or have access to:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Location data
• Any data sent to our servers (we have none)

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

• App Store Connect API Credentials: Your API key, key ID, and issuer ID are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device to authenticate with Apple's App Store Connect API.
• App Store Metrics: Downloads, revenue, rankings, and review data fetched from App Store Connect are cached locally for display.
• User Preferences: Your app settings and preferences are stored on-device.

How Information is Collected and Used

All information in the App is provided by you or fetched at your request:

• API Credentials: You manually enter your App Store Connect API credentials. These are used solely to authenticate requests to Apple's servers.
• App Store Data: When you request data, the App connects directly to Apple's App Store Connect API using your credentials. The response is displayed and cached locally.

All data processing happens entirely on your device. We cannot see, access, or intercept any of this information.

Third-Party Services

The App connects directly to Apple's App Store Connect API to fetch your app metrics. This connection is:

• Made using your own credentials
• Encrypted via HTTPS
• Between your device and Apple's servers only

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.

Third-Party AI

We do not share any user data with third-party AI services or machine learning platforms. Your data is never transmitted to any AI systems.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your data to any third parties. Since we do not collect your data, we have nothing to share. Your App Store Connect data remains entirely on your device under your control.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device only for as long as you use the App:

• We do not retain any data on external servers
• Cached App Store data persists until you refresh it or delete the App
• API credentials persist in iOS Keychain until you remove them or delete the App
• Deleting the App removes all associated data from your device

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the App on your device.
• Deletion: Delete the App to remove all data. You can also clear cached data or remove API credentials within the App settings.
• Portability: Your data exists only on your device; you control it entirely.
• Revoke Consent: Stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App removes all data.

To request data deletion or exercise any privacy rights, you may delete the App or contact us at the email below.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures:

• API credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, Apple's secure credential storage
• All network communications use encrypted HTTPS connections
• No data is transmitted to our servers (we have none)

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, this includes children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
